If i bought a set of Raptor lights for my Pro Grille, can I tap off of the Fog lights without wiring directly to the battery with a relay? Can the factory fog circuit relay handle the extra load? I dont know how much amp draw those little LED lights use, but I dont think it should be much.

Led lights draw very little power.
You still need to have the raptor lights tap into a power source either the battery or the oem wire harness.
And make sure the ground is clean and on unpainted surfaces.
On the driver side near the engine fuse box, there are like four good ground points.
If you do power through battery like I did on mine, make sure to add a fuse.
Make sure that both fuses are in for the add a fuse for the fog lights in the fuse box.
The add a fuse circuit calls for maximum 10 amp fuse.
Should the raptor lights be too much load for the circuit, that’s what the fuse is for.

I wanted to tap directly behind the fogs with a splitter harness so when the fogs are on, the raptors will be also.

I did that similar thing but tapped the fogs into my low beam with an alligator clip and the clip wiggles loose and stopped working.

Just treat your Christmas decorations as every other addition to the truck, and run new wiring. It's crazy easy. Tapping into EFI fuses? Fuel injector fuses? Yikes.

Either get a matching H12 connector and solder/crimp & heat shrink a T harness. Or get the EN1, which is closer to the grill and do the same.

This is what I was planning on doing with a H12 splitter so it is plug and play, then cut one end of the splitter and connect to the fogs. I was just concerned if the existing circuit can handle the added load. Thanks!
