Here are pics. Part# for the plexiglass comes with what’s in my hand. It’s one unit. I was thinking about going by the dealership next week and talking to parts/service about how to just buy the plexiglass. My first conversation with them confused them and so I just left with the part in hand.

I see, so taking out that part is a little more difficult then... also maybe even installing just the glass might be just as difficult. damn, this might be a little more difficult than I expected. For $30 still might be worth a try though.

If I did it again. Or if you do, I’d recommend buying two of them from the dealership and taking the new one apart to paint and put back together. Once you have it done, then fuss with taking the dash board apart cause at that point it’s just un-screw and screw back on. :)

Expected: 2020 White TRD Off Road DCLB
Black emblem overlays and tailgate insert, window vent shades, hard tri-fold tonneau cover, truck bed lighting, front accessory bed rail, truck bed tent w/ custom fit air mattress. Goals: Steps of some kind, hood scoop, black exhaust pipe tip, slightly larger wheels, upgraded headlights, fog lights, side-view mirror turn signals.
Haven't done much yet (just bought it this week) but here's to-do list (nothing too crazy):
    • Blackout package
    • Bed mat
    • Bed lighting
    • Bed front accessory rail
    • Bed rail bike front fork mounts
    • Napier Sportz tent
    • Custom air mattress
    • Hard tri-fold tonneau cover (not the Toyota OEM one)
    • Predator steps (or something like that - open to suggestions)
    • TRD Sport hood scoop (anyone know where I can find one?)

Reason I got rid of the chrome was it looks like shit on a white Taco. Any other color and I might have been OK with it. It wasn't as big a job since Mine is a lowly SR. They skimped on the chrome on these.

I’ll probably do that in the next few weeks. I’ll report back after a success or a complete failure

This is far more of an enabling group than a support group. I came here looking for information on installing radios in my Tacoma and now I find myself buying stuff all the time. Thanks TacomaWorld!

Activated the free 3 months trial of WIFi in my truck today. I was impressed as to how well it works. 1137D2C3-8703-471B-B832-CB87F9407163.jpg

Nice. What are you using for a dope card holder? I need one of those, I was using a quarterback wrist thing, but it's too slow.

Oh that is fun no doubt. I've got that precision bug bad now, so even my AR and Norc have bipods and scopes on 'em now. Only hits count, a fast miss is still a miss.

See I have chrome around the middle of my shift knob, door handles and vents. I don't want too much red because the truck itself is Barcelona red and I have the red glove box inserts, door sill decals, and cup holder liners that are red as well.

I was thinking the same thing. For where I do most of my driving, and trips up north to ski, these would do just fine for anything I might get into, that the 4x4 could not help with. It's about maximizing gear available w/o breaking the bank EVERY DAMN TIME!

+1 on the sound deadener. I did all my doors, and floors, it's a huge improvement you will not be disappointed!
