Connect the HU to your home wifi if you can and see if the agreement comes up. Make sure you scroll all the way through each page before hitting "Agree" or "Accept"

Is the only way to do that with the WPS button? I can’t seem to scan for available WiFi networks or anything on the HU. Tried using my phone as a hot spot so far I’ll try the home WPS button next

I just went into the WiFi settings on the HU and it found available networks. I put my password in and it connected. I then fired up the browser and accepted the internet usage agreements.

If the screen protector that comes on it is chipping in the corners and peeling like mine was, I can confirm that 222mm x 122mm with 5mm corners from Photodon with whatever type of film you want is a perfect fit. I went with the MXH which is 25% matte with glare reduction. Be warned though it is a bitch to get the one off that comes on it and it shouldn’t be removed unless it is chipping but if your careful it will come off and leaves no residue with a through cleaning. So I have a VSS is disconnected warning when I initially start the truck. Doesn’t really matter anymore because I updated the firmware and did the software bypass but the pop up is annoying any way to fix this? My VSS is wired exactly how the maestro diagram shows pink to pink.

Hi, the VSS wire issue is actually a common issue. It is also described in the Maestro forum, where the Maestro tech actually recommends to use the real vehicleVSS wire (pin 17 on the 28 pin connector).

Okay finally got the internet agreement handled and I’ll swap the VSS over tomorrow. The last problem I’m having is the garbage audio quality of Siri and phone calls. Sounds like it’s one channel is lagging behind the other or something... but either way it’s range and it seems to be a common car play problem. The bummer thing is the radio I pulled out was a pioneer 4400 and didn’t have this problem using the same Phone

Well the back up option y'all suggested for the VSS wire has the same issue so I guess I'll just live with it for now

Ohh. The 10 second touch thing? Also, I saw that someone ordered a RCA adapter. What is the adapter for? I’m trying to get everything together before ordering. This is what I have in my cart so far.

Yep bottom left corner and then bottom right 10 seconds each I think. The RCA adaptor is what makes the OEM aux port work.

Thanks for the info. I doubt I’ll ever need the aux port. Did anyone notice a good sound improvement to door speakers putting this head unit in? Or are most still installing the key amp as well?

i found that there was a significant improvement in the quality and loudness of the sound from the stock speakers with this headline. That being said I am upgrading my speakers anyway because I want to.
