Morning.
No rest for the wicked.

day off but off to the shop.
Going to do an alignment on the truck, adjust rear brakes, and maybe dump the crankcase oil.
No fishing today as rain will be here in an hour.

Time to start the winter process in a few weeks. But might as well get one thing done as the list always seems to grow.

Aside from losing half her bodyweight shes back to her normal sassy self. Eating, preening, scratching, etc. Lost her place as #1 in the pecking order and a few of the others have been challenging her so shes been handing out complimentary ass whoopings.

Finishing the last of the sheathing, 2 more windows and one door then I can side the house and finish it finally.

 

Well...what was left of hurricane Laura has mostly moved through. We got luckily here. Mostly just rain with a bit of wind. Nothing serious.....at least in my area

so a little maintenance and winter prep.

so touting the benefits of fluid film again.

Maine winters and my eccentrics and tie rods turn and move like butter.
better than brandy new.

I have never had one adjuster in any vehicle I have owned since I started using it
not turn ......

Mine came on a couple of weeks ago, thanks to a screw in the right rear tire.

Mine is somewhat intentional? Bought a set of 3rd Gen TRD wheels that didn't have sensors and am too cheap/lazy to get the ones out of my old tire/wheels. They are sitting in the attic in the garage so everytime I park infront of the garage it'll recognize the old set. This is how I passed inspection as the shop is only a mile from my house

Yea true.
Almost everyone that comes in has the light on.
No one says anything.
No one cares..
They don’t fix them.

 

I pulled mine a long time ago to lube them. Then about a year ago I pulled them again just to see how they had faired. Came apart like butter

 

that’s what happened in my case. New set didn’t have them and the old set the batteries were dying. Never got around to replacing them. I check the pressure once a month in the summer, unless I’m going somewhere.
