For people looking to do AGM changes this is what I did:

Change the base phase duty to 94 from 30 and up
Increase alternator duty cycles by 20%
    Mine sits at 14.4-5v

this post shows the tables modified
    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/vf-tuner-for-the-3-5l-tacoma.662948/page-37#post-23326969

You can change the base phase duty to whatever you want, going to 95/96 or more will up the voltage beyond 14.5v. Lower numbers will lower the voltage.

You can check the voltage after tuning using the datalogger "control module voltage" or using a multimeter.

I'm a little confused. I have a Autocraft 24f AGM and I can't find anywhere on the internet that says what the charging voltage or absorption voltage is on this thing.
I changed the values to ShellShock's and Boris' values on the tune I'm running, flashed it, ran the data logger and I'm maxing out at 14.36
I just want to be 100% sure I don't screw anything up.

Is there anything on the battery label itself?

Did you increase the duty cycle on the alternator constant (there is 10 of them)? Phase duty 1, Phase duty 2, etc

I haven't gone into VF tuner since the updates (currently 1.2.0.5) I noticed the table "Downshift Schedule" is now missing and also all the speeds are "KPH" so are the speeds in Miles per hour or Kilometres per Hour? I swear on the old version it said MPH.

The basic stuff but not that.
Yes I did. All 8 of them.

Edit: Wait, going by Boris' post which you shared there's only 8 that needed changing.

Speeds in the shifting tables are labeled kph, they are actually mph though. I learned this the hard way. They have always been labeled kph, have always actually been mph.

There are now 7 primary shifting tables replacing the single shift table. The single downshift table is no longer, but the single upshift table is still there. Updating primary shifting table 1 will update the legacy upshift table automatically in my experience.

Edit: there are 7 primary shifting tables: 1,2,3,4,5,6 and 8. There is no table 7

Double edit: one of the new shifting tables controls shifting before the truck reaches operating temperatures. I don’t know which one. Prior to the update my truck always shifted stock when cold, now follows my schedule all the time.

Maybe this is a dumb question....
Is it possible some of the settings for the battery could be different depending on if you have the larger (towing option) alternator or the standard alternator?

These are all the tables that need modified (these are the default values)
