It's not that bad. Just measure 15 times. I would suggest a new holesaw, I prefer Milwaukee.

I lost count what prototype number this one is, but I am getting there with my CAD skills!

Would one of you Gen2 guys mind providing me with accurate measurements of the cam washers when they arrive?

I would need the thickness, hole diameter and distance between the flat edge of the washer and the hole.

I believe all 8 are just under 2'' with a 0.5" hole. Also, the pic for the Gen2 shows 2 different sized washers. I'm not sure, but this is likely a pic of the Gen3 kit. All washers on the Gen2 look to be the same size.

I have a CNC plasma table and plan on cutting these for myself vs about $100CDN from Bison.

If my prototype works I can cut a bunch...

Some guys reuse some of the factory parts to connect the snorkel to the air box, I went to an exhaust shop and had them make me a piece with a 45 degree, and I also used a piece of hose that I think was meant for an intercooler.

Well, if anyone needs some front diff parts....holler. Got a second front diff that I’ll only be using part of the housing out of. The diff tubes (from both diffs are available)

Whats up fellas, im looking at making a new tailgate 'insert' piece. Basically replacing the factory one that has all the ribs in it. Yes very much like the mountain hatch but without the crazy price tag. Im talking with a company about 2 different plastic products, both are textured which will give some traction when its wet unlike the mountain hatch which they say is quite slippery. Its like a cutting board material. We have also mentioned HDPE and Abs. Thickness is guna be either 3/8 - 1/2" thick. @Tridet167, and @Atlas86 have both said they would be interested so im wondering if anyone else would be. I don't really want to be making a business out of this but depending how many people want one I can make them for you or even just provide you with the plastic since id be going to buy it anyways.
Does anyone else have an interest in it?

I may be interested in the companies name as I need a sheet of plastic to put on my flat bed to make it easier for things to slide in and out (such as a removable canopy for instance :anonymous:).
    I’ll Pm you.
