i'm not quite as tall as you, but I'm mostly leg, and had the same experience. Game Changer.

My 6'7" son raves about them as well.

Head gasket is leaky and uses a little oil, but she made it!

Can you provide the exact tread size from FEMCO?

Their website lists the plug for our trucks incorrectly. I cross referenced a couple of different sites plus a guy here at work. I did end up ordering directly from Femco. I ordered:

M12x1.25-T9 (P/N 7090010151 Compact SB - this includes plug, washer, cap)

M20 x 1.25 (P/N 750001 Compact Drainer) (The hose on the drainer is a little long, but can be cut to desired length)

Not today but over the course of a few days here and there. Finally replaced my unistrut topper roof rack with one utilizing T slot aluminum so it matches the cab. Not perfect but turned out pretty good and I'm probably the only one who cares about the things that aren't perfect. Now the sides of my truck are lit up completely front and back. Changed out the the SLT Solenoid because it was stuck open. It was causing the transmission to shutter, especially in reverse. Its way better now. Pretty easy job other than they sent me the Solenoid for the 2wd transmission and then I had to scramble on a holiday weekend to get the correct part.

Nice! I’m wanting to replace my antenna as it hits the garage door and wobbles. Not a big deal, but it is dating too. Which antenna did you buy, and have you noticed any difference in reception?

I would like to see an option where you remove the OEM logo and insert your own.
I was cleaning the chrome with alcohol and the chrome started coming off (there is white plastic under the chrome, at least on my truck).

Pull your horn fuse before installing.

I had the same issue. I took the ball off the factory antenna, cut about 4" off, super-glued the ball back on, then painted it. Still higher than the roof line by a couple inches with no loss of reception. Don't look as good as a stubby, but I live in a rural, mountainous area and didn't want to lose reception.

Finally finished up my Coastal Offroad High Clearance bumper over the holiday weekend. My pods are unfortunately a bit too bright for road use, but work great for illuminating a trail.
