Only thing except Golf I've done is made some tarp pole brackets. These things rolled around and were a pain in my ass. No more! Secured.

Excited for my KTJO door bowl lighting that is expected to arrive tomorrow. Here’s to hoping USPS comes through and the tracking is actually accurate. If all goes as planned, I should be installing it tomorrow night.

I had aftermarket lights on my truck, so I sent him my lights to do.

I did do a very simple, inexpensive Mod today, if you can even call it that. Only cost about $6 off of Amazon. I ordered these small USB powered LEDs. Stuck one in the center console USB slot that illuminates the entire console. This makes it so I don’t have to turn on the overhead lights when I’m going down the road just to see to get something out of the console. Very handy and also looks cool.

I have the door bowl lights, love them. Very cool mod.

 

It’s the simplest things that make all the difference.

I can’t wait for them to come in. Very excited to see what they are going to look like in my truck. I’ve seen pics from other members and I love the look of them

Thanks. The link is below, but there is a little deception in the some of the advertising. It is shown with a winch, but it is not winch capable without alteration, and they did not offer a winch kit for it. It is bolt together, (hoops and baja bar) but I had it welded.

Installed rear 5100s. Swapping stock trd off road bilsteins for icon coilovers with 700lb springs tomorrow am.the back Took just over an hour— Not bad. I’ll post better pics in AM psyched to get my stealth custom rims, bumper and sliders! All on order and coming soon

Definitely, cheap practical mods are the best, well not necessarily but they’re pretty great lol

 

Besides the usb led I just bought on Amazon (thanks to you), I think my next cheap mod is going to be painting my OEM skid plate. I’m thinking red with a ton of clear.

 

Did an oil change today, installed the aluminum filter housing and the Fumoto Valve. My rear step arrived today so I installed that as well.

 

Haha. I love finding mods that are very inexpensive. I’ve gotten tons of ideas from this forum. I actually painted my OEM skid plate a couple weeks ago. I love how it turned out. you should definitely consider doing it. I think it would look really good. For me it was a way to spice up the front end without having to spend the $400 for the pro skid plate just yet.

 

Took off my roof rack to clean underneath and to start figuring out how I am gonna cut it to fit S2S, decided to have the roof wrapped black in the interim.
