Retrofit and BHLM Headlights

I am offering projector retrofits and BHLMs on 3rd gen headlights. There are a few options to get these done, you can:
-Purchase brand new headlights from me that I will modify ($250)
-Send your headlights in to be modified
-Buy a spare set to send in to be modified



For payment, I take a deposit based on the overall price of your build, typically enough to cover parts. The remaining balance is due when the lights are finished and ready to ship.

Below is a list of all of our options with pricing. Everything comes plug and play, and if needed will include custom harnesses using oem connectors. You will receive all parts needed for installation.

Standard BHLM: $350
- All bezels painted satin black
- Sidemarker can be tinted or left amber
- All original sealant is removed and replaced with retrorubber for a factory-like seal

HID Bi-xenon Retrofit: $925
-Standard BHLM
-Morimoto d2s 5.0 projector
-Morimoto 5500k bulbs, Hylux 2a88 35w ballasts, relay harness
-high beam splitter (projector & stock high beams are functional)
-100% plug and play

Bi-Led Retrofit: $975
-Standard bhlm
-Morimoto Mled 2.0 bi-led projectors
-high beam splitter (projector & stock high beams are functional)
-100% plug and play

***PACKAGING INSTRUCTIONS***

I have been having issues lately with receiving poorly packaged and damaged lights back from people. I understand this may happen, but i want to help make sure everything is done to avoid it. I ask everyone to try to package their lights exactly as i have them packaged so here is two simple pictures to show what i do. First I lay the bubble wrap on the bottom of the box, and drop the light in lens down. I center it in the box. (also note the bulb holes covered with tape)


I then start stuffing paper packing material TIGHTLY around the light, keeping all parts of the light off of the sides of the box. Everything needs to be protected by the paper. By the time you finish this stage the light should be firmly planted in the box, it really shouldn't be able to move side to side at all.


At this point it's just filling in the rest of the box with the packing paper. When it is packed correctly you can pick the box up and shake it and nothing inside should move at all.

This write up from c4 fab is great to follow for bumper removal. That is 99% of what you need to do to remove the lights.

For the retrofit guys, here is a great video from lightwerkz showing how to align your new projectors. The adjustment bolt on our lights is the silver 8mm bolt on the back of the light right next to the drl harness plug.

Will you do a white out headlight mod..
I have a white taco and like a all white headlight.

 

Is bumper removal necessary? I’m always worried to do that bc it might not line back up perfectly.

Yes 100% necessary. My bumpers been off probably 20 times and still snaps back into place perfect!
