Those that ordered without intercooler will still get all of the plumbing minus IC?

@OVTune per your email about shipping times I chose catless because I was under the impression it would be a shorter wait....i had debated doing my own ic setup and definitely would have had I known your shipping strategy

    Thanks Mat.

I'll admit that a large chunk of my impatience lately stems from my planned road trip in mid November, and I want to have a few hundred miles on the turbos to identify any issues before taking the truck through the empty West Texas desert with no cell reception lol

I'm not trying to make this more confusing, or misleading, etc about kit version, current timeline,

My next post I will do my best to give everyone an accurate timeline based on what they ordered

Injectors arrived! Oddly enough when I reordered them lexus said it would take a month. I asked for a different set and magically they shipped the next day.

Okay here is what we are going to do.
Since different people have different orders, turbos, kit requirements, fuel requirements, etc. I don't want to keep bouncing around different timelines and confusing people.

    here is what is planned.
We will be sending everything out to folks in 2 shipments, and we will email you individually about your kit / your parts / etc.
That way we can start sending out manifolds, turbos, etc

To save the hassle / headache for the future, we are not going to offer "without intercooler" or other custom options. I have no problem doing it this time and working with you guys individually since you guys made this kit a reality. But for the future it will just be standard setups.
There will be 3 primary options
    1. which turbo you want
    2. which downpipe version
    3. fuel upgrades or not.

    I like it!

in the future will the oil pan be a separate item you can purchase if you’d like?

This is the logical way to streamline the process and keep it simple. Plus, it's largely what future kit buyers will expect anyway, so it works out all the same.

I don't really plan to offer it as a standalone item because it cannot be used on a stock truck.

However, an upgraded oil pan for non TT is happening. just a replacement higher capacity pan

    couple noob questions -

are there differences to be aware with the different turbos? I assume power max is capable of higher power.

what is the impact of different downpipe?

Thanks! Maybe... who would want to spend 2k+ on an exhaust system though! All 16 gauge 304 stainless and 100% back purged.

If you want to call cutting 39 pie cuts just for this last section, sure! It will clear a 33-34” tire spare though. I’m making a post axle dump for when I need more clearance.

There is always a market. I've seen exhaust tips go for $1500+. ;)

Custom JFR Y-pipe is around $1k.

Pump time. Luckily I was able to just unhook the tank straps and pull it down without removing it completely.

    Pump assembly out.

Stock pump has 3 wires, new pump has 2. Mat will advise which way to connect it?

The new pump is slightly longer(overall). Not sure if mat had to modify the plastic holder?

Aside from the wiring difference, the assembly is the same as the 2nd Gen.

Yeah that looks identical to the 2nd gen one. As you said 2nd gen only has two wires blue and black.
