We went through Stone Central. They were awesome. Highly recommend them. I’ve played the games with Lowe’s and won’t do that again.

edit: it reverted back to your earlier post, but I was quoting your last one. Page reloaded on my phone

Heather lives in my neighborhood and is super friendly. She helped us pick out the countertops we have after carefully explaining the difference between granite, quartz, and marble. Then she even brought some samples to our house. They came a did a rough measurement for the quote and gave us lots of options. They were very quick to get us the quote back and take care of everything. Install guys were super nice too.

That's always good. Sometimes, it gets to the point that I don't care how it gets done as long as the end result looks finished and professional. I'll do the back splash and tile surround myself but there's a snowballs chance in Hell that I'd throw my back out slinging granite. Ill look them up when I get home.

When I had my kitchen redone I paid professionals. Because labor didn't add much to the cost. And I've learned over the years what I can and can't do. We did granite countertops and subway tile back splash. The install guy charged my $200 for the tile and to install it. No brainer for me.
