Satin or gloss. Stay away from the flat paint. flat will make it even harder to rinse mud/dirt off. The only benefit from the flat paint is minimizing color fade.

i think the last guy that did his whole truck on here dropped 2800 for the whole thing.

When i had the same area that you did coated in line-x on an 80 series land cruiser i paid $430 out the door. no sales tax in Delaware though. anyways, coat that back bumper!

looks like the first gen avalanche with all the plastic, different, but not too crazy about it, good to be different tho, way of using your head, i might do this but like only 2-5 inches up from the rocker

Damn... That looks pretty horrible. That is something you do to an old ass trail beater not a brand new truck. Hope you like it that's pretty irreversible without a full blown strip down and paint job.

I think it looks good! I want to get the rockers on mine linexed but not quite as high as you did it. Im sick of having to have the stupid front mudflaps on to keep the rocks from chipping the paint.

doesn't look bad, but it's not my style. I think it would have looked better if you kept the line down further. It looks pretty high.

to each his own, way to take the initiative on a big project tho!

Not my style at all. Maybe on silver or black, but it's not my truck. If you like it, fine. Dont know how it's going to affect resale value.

My truck is going to have something similar done next week. I have ARB front bumper and I will be doing that as well. I will only be going up to the crease in the side and it will cover the paint under the rocker panels too. I have silver fender flares and I’m not sure if I will paint black them or trade them for black.

There's a couple on here completely line-xed and they look great! You can add colors to line-x also.
