Currently waiting for my '20 TRD OR to be delivered but am looking for spots to do some light off roading somewhat near Baltimore. Never really done any off roading and wont be getting a lift/armor for a while so even dirt/muddy roads would be pretty fun. Would also probably be bringing the kids just for fun and see the scenery and stuff like that while also giving a little excitement.

Obviously theres the national forests out by oakland but thats a little too far right now. Read about rauch, but thats probably above my ability ATM.

Frederick watershed seems like it could be fun and pretty tame. Legore bridge seems okay too but there seems to be a lot of controversy whether its legal or not.

Legore bridge is private property owned by 1of quarries out here wouldn’t recommend it for a stock vehicle anyways.Frederick watershed is just gravel roads with nothing to really see other then a lake to fish at but it’s a easy ride just don’t go through any gates , those are mountain bike trails only .

    Oh that's right.......

    :duh:

    Now I remember.

    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/toywerx-16-pro-variation.516086/page-2#post-19412649

This is when I mocked up one for us using Andre's devil horns. Right after I got them back from being redone to make them look new.

    Right before this

    20190923_202117.jpg

Now the emblem is not even in the same condition. It's in pretty rough shape.

But I see you finally finished your 3rd Gen version. Congratulations! I also see your looking for a Pro guinea pig? I have some aftermarket plastic raised Tacoma grill letters if you need them. Or still need a Pro grill to play with. I even have the TSS.

    20200907_151533~2.jpg

But seriously, great to finally see you got it all worked out Brother!

Congrats again on the Lil'un! If you need and, with the truck, I'm sure I'm not that far away.

@Mobtown Offroad i’m considering selling my steel skids and ordering some of your beefed up 1/4” aluminum ones.

    for several reasons.

    1. i haven’t been able to wheel much at all this past year and a half or so.
    2. i don’t need that extra weight all the time, i dont even run my trans skid anymore...just to save 40lbs.
    3. My brother took my motorcycle jack this spring and its about half miserable to put these steel skids back on by one’s self :anonymous:

    Thoughts?

I can see me now. A speedo. Some suntan oil. A lot of tequila, some limes. To top it all off, that 103 degree hot tub.

    Oh yea!

I’ve owned many German cars, and after driving my buddies blue and white driving machine, I’ve got the itch to buy another...but on the same hand, I absolutely love the tacoma. It’s a hard spot to be in.:rain:
