    It’s in the back at the lower half of the manifold. I don’t know if anyone else had the same issue I did, but the plug was on so tight I couldn’t get the plug out. The allen head completely stripped. I had to drill it out and retap.

    Geez. What a headache.

    A boost port could also be tapped into the cover. Any where post lobes. However, I doubt many will want to tap that portion.

    One of the benefits or improvements in this supercharger that I like is how easy it is to swap pulley sizes. Compared to what the 2nd gen trucks had.

    If the plug came out ok it would have been quick and easy. Just need to remove the plug and install the 90 deg fitting on the bench before installing the manifold. Trying to install the fitting with the manifold installed would suck.

    Fresh off the Dyno. 308hp.... pretty much exactly as advertised. On 33” tires. I’ll post the actual Dyno chart when I get it later. I also got to drive Gadgets Rotex Kit. I am going to start a new post with my thoughts on that. Long story short. If I had a time machine I would buy the URD kit over the Magnuson. Much more fun to drive, better throttle response, and a sweet sounding blow off valve! All for less money!

    yes and no. those issues with the old rotrex were with another model. the ones used in the kit are a revised version so the verdict is still out.

    only ?? is the longevity of the URD SC unit. Not cheap to replace and the warranty of the unit is ??? one year ? Some have noted the manufacturer reliability of URD SC is less than par, and replacement is not cheap. So spend less to spend more? Maybe Gadget can chime in.
