Installed the Meso tail lights. Super easy peasy and a big difference even in the daytime. Meso on the left, stock on the right.

Back in April I decided to plasti dip (white) the trim around the infotainment screen and the trim to the left of the steering wheel, but I realized after having it there for 6 months that it’s lame and doesn’t match any other part in the interior, so I peeled it off (with rubbing alcohol) and it came off easily. Gray is the way to go honesty lol.

lmao... Yeah I'm quite familiar with the "has that always been on here?" and the slightly less desirable "How long has THAT been on here?"

Just putting it out there. They certainly aren't cheap mods but they sure do make oil changes easy. Taking those sheet metal skids on and off to do an oil change is a real pita and letting some entry level tech do my oil changes worries me. Add to that that I am more likely to stay on schedule with my oil changes by making it easier to do and I just went for it. That I managed to find a new OEM Pro Skid for just under 3 bean$ made the expenditure easier and it was something that I was going to do eventually anyway so......
But you're correct about them not being cheap mods.
The filter cup from Jowett is very well done. Form, fit and finish was much better than I had hoped for, it's almost a work of art and is darn near bullet proof. The Fumoto Valve wasn't too bad for the money around $30. The skid plate was the big nut.
Considered cutting an access hole on the sheet metal skid and just doing the Fumoto valve a filter cup but walked into a deal on the OEM skid so I just went for it.
Wish I could help you out and hook you up but there was no silver spoon I my mouth either. Mine wasn't even plastic more like whittled wood. o_O

Happy with mine, I like the look and it is much easier on my Mrs getting in and out plus my buddy Jeff was a service manager at a Toyota dealership so I got them for 10% over cost. :bananadance:

Nice mod. I must say though, lack of an opener has never prevented me from drinking a beer...

I had it installed by the dealer when I purchased it. For the price, it’s not bad at all. So far I have had no issues and it’s seen some weather. I opted for dealer install since they can leak if not installed properly. I do intend to upgrade to a Cali Raised LED or Prinsu in the near future. So, if it will fit your needs, it’s money well spent. IF you anticipate wanting to upgrade at some point, consider doing that instead. Hope this helps

I am no expert but here's my point of view if you are considering the front seat jackers from DesertDoesIt. After installing it, I had to raise my steering wheel to get clearance from my legs. If your steering is already raised, you might also need to get the rear seat jackers from DesertDoesIt to compensate the front of the seat raising ... what's good is you get to play around with what height suits you (lift ranges from 1/4" to 1 1/2"). Maybe @EasyDoesIt may be able to provide more detailed information about their product. Hope this helps.
