Bit of feedback, doing values that matched what @banjoist13 mentioned for 2016-17's on my friend's 2018 brought him up only to 14.1-14.2, and then floated down to 12.8 once warmed up, when it needs to be in the 13.5-13.8 range. So I reverted back to what @Shellshock does for AGM and just raised everything by flat percentages and got 14.4, waiting to see what it'll float at.

I’m getting 14.5 at idle with these values. My battery is an interstate AGM H6 48

When starting and driving for a bit. I have a voltage reader in the cab and it matches my multimeter at the battery.

Running any new 2.0 or variation when I edit the values to what I posted

Yeah, it seems the 2018+ need different numbers.

So Am I. I treat the changes based in 2 monitoring system. I yet to see any dents on throttle limits when you really need that throttle. I'm skeptical that smoothing after -mentioned airload/throttle tables is the fix. it seems to me that the system has load/torque limits and our changes are "working" below 80-85% of the engine load.

Raise everything by 20 (except phase 1) and set the values to 94 from 30 and up

Hey ya'll. I created a new thread specifically for this. https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/vf-tuner-for-the-3-5l-tacoma-agm-tuning.689652/
Going forward it seems we need to specify which year our trucks are. There seems to be different values needed for 2016-2017 and 2018+. I have a sneaking suspicion there might also be a bit of difference in manual vs auto but that is just a hunch at this point.

I’ve used the same settings on 16-17 AT and MT with identical results.

Do those settings allow the ECU voltage to drop as the engine heats up? It should drop to around 14.2 v at the highest engine temp.

Try bringing up the first three values in the base phase duties .25-.5 and bringing down the rest by .25-.5. This will take a few iterations to fine-tune.
I have been working in changes between 1-.25 to adjust how the output max changes based on engine temp

Just loaded @Mooseditty17 latest premium GL tune with @banjoist13 AGM settings. Was previously running my own version of a 2.0 tune with a variety of changes from the group and @OVTune.

Excited to give it a try and have gear lock back. We are lucky to have this tool and this community to help make our trucks just as each of us want it to be.

Also, anyone else getting the bin compare to work? I downloaded the update and I still get an error when comparing files.

Mine sits consistently at 14.4-5v. If you want 14.2, use 93 instead of 94.

I haven’t yet I will try tomorrow. Also I dont have anywhere close to 700ish miles on it to see how it really feels. I recommend bumping up to 5k and see how it feels

I did not try the 4 to 5k alone. I was just following what @Idahotaco88 did. I'll make a new file with just the 4-5k and bring my laptop to work with me tomorrow and try it out.

For my truck it sits at 14.56-14.26 depending on engine temp with my numbers. I am ultimately trying to optimize so I don't stress any electronics, batteries or otherwise. I wish we had a bit more info on what exactly the other numbers actually do so we could be more accurate in following the optimal voltages.
