I’ll make sure to put it through some good testing soon after install. Pretty sure we have a glamis trip in January, moab in March, and all sorts of day stuff in my back yard

I think public forum and discussions evolving goes over people's head sometimes. That is pretty hilarious though like flares and glass were so bad of an offshoot.

Waiting on pricing. Probably not gonna do the steering quickener for the fact that it does occasionally drive on the street. The rest is up for potential ordering hopefully next week pending pricing and funds. Gonna be a few weeks until I can install so not a major rush. Hopefully start welding up spindle gussets this week.

Didn't take any pictures, but got all of the suspension and the rack pulled out this evening after work. Plan to get the cutting and welding on the frame done tomorrow, build the cv's, and weld up the spindles, then it will just be bolting all the fancy new stuff back on either tomorrow night or more likely Sunday! Super pumped! Got the rack out without cutting the bolt that everybody talks about, but it was definitely a pita.

Everything is trashed. Upper ball joints are shot, LCA bushings shot, uca rear bushings done, rack toast, inner tie rods wobbly. Once it's all back together it's gunna be like a new truck, but better! I rarely get to work on my own truck, so it's nice to finally get some much needed projects done.

Be sure you post some of this stuff on our local FB Group, WAIT NVM NO ONE in that group cares about actual wheeling mods.
OP this is all just so good. The pics are so satisfying to see. Such attention to detail and awesome fab work

Well the fit for the spindle gussets was beautiful. Now if only I had a 5/8” bit that could drill out the tie rod bolt I’d be able to do the steering double shear gussets as well.
