I’d hate to be stuck in a river crossing/deep ass mud hole and need 2 hours the set up a system to get out. I’ve sank a 4runner winchless to the hood in the rain....24 hours later, 6 come alongs, shovels and good friends she was rebirthed from the earth with 40+ pounds of mud and silt in the carpets

HELL NO!!!!!!!! And sales tax, and gas tax and tax for evrey other little thing

 

And you moved to the state with the highest gas tax in the SE

 

still just as cheap as SC gas and our roads are far better.

 

And a higher income tax. Still cheaper than back there!! I visited my site in SC today, I'll pay the higher gas tax to live in NC LOL!! The car personal property tax is some BS that you have here in NC.

 

Yeah there are quite a few states that do that. Some counties in NC charge you a property tax on your Dogs and Cats and it's higher for non fixed animals

NC is a weird state when it comes to taxes but ya look at our history and you'll see why.
