Can anyone provide a diagram for the fuel and vacuum line's?
My truck will not start. Very low fuel pressure.
New pump installed, still very low fuel pressure.
    No signs of leaks.

Pump does not engage. Pump works, verified by using a jump wire directly from battery to pump.

There is a constant humming noise when the key is in the on position. Remove the EFI fuse and or the fuel pump relay and the noise will go away.

If I disconnect the pump or the canister the noise will not go away.

Truck attempts to start if I prime it.

    Thanks

Vac lines should be on sticker on inside of hood, boot or bonnet depending on what part of the world you're from.

There is really only one vacuum line that would cause a potential non running issue, and that would be from the back of the airbox to the fuel pressure regulator. That stated, the truck will run just fine with this vac line disconnected. You have other issues other than vac lines.

If it’s the 4.0, here’s is the vacuum diagram from my 2007.

I do have other issues, I was looking for vacuum line diagram so I could confirm the locations.

I have a constant humming noise when I turn the key to the on position. The pump does not engage. The pump does work, I confirmed by direct wiring it.
I also got a pic of a friends Tacoma to verify the fuel line connections.

So you are saying the pump only works when you wire it directly to the pump?
How are you wiring it directly to the pump?

To verify that the pump works, I use a jump wire directly from the battery to the pump. I did not leave it running that way, just long enough to verify it was working.

The Fuel pump Relay gets all of it power from the C/Opn Relay.
This means that Relay control, feed, and The fuel pump both get power from the C/OPN.
The ECM grounds the Fuel Pump Relay.

When you pull the Fuel Pump relay
Do you have power to pins #2 and #3
And a Ground to pin #1?

I pulled this pic from the link below.

Unless I some how have the wrong relay diagram posted above?
I don’t see how you can have power to Pin #5, without power to Pin #3
    Let’s see if @Jimmyh, @Muddinfun or @caribe makaira can take a look?

    @Tacoma03_Low

I agree with TnShooter what you stated makes no sense. If you have power to pin 2 you should have power to pin 3. The only way to get power to pin #5 is from pin # 3.

    No power to pin 3
    Pin 2 and 5 read 12.44 Volts

Constant humming noise when the key is turned.

Remove either the efi 20 amp fuse or the efi relay and the humming noise goes away.
Remove EFI #2 fuse (10 Amp) and the noise remains.

Unplug the Fuel Pump Resistor in front of the Battery and then take the readings again with it unplugged.

Well I'm really stumped now as with the Resistor unplugged there is nothing connected to terminal 5 of the relay.
