In my 2014 Volkswagen Jetta I got an APR ECU chip that added about the 30 horsepower.

Anything like this for the 2010 Tacoma V6 ?

Also does improving the breathing help with horsepower??

No. Nothing other than a supercharger for adding any real horsepower. There is HP Tuners that’ll put the existing power in a more responsive throttle range.
