    That's right. No cam gears and no thermostat. The expansion harness I think has always been an add on part that I never purchased(and thus not included).

    Free bump and a little help to the seller. If you're thinking about the UCON this is a pretty good deal even with having to source cam gears and a thermostat separately.

    Also, lower temp thermostats are easily sourced.
    The 160 degree Mishimoto one is like $40.

    You can send it back or they will do a remote tuning session with you on your laptop. They'll send you the tuning software to setup and then do a screen share session over the phone to load/customize the tune.
