Are they just new rotors that are the same but not worn down?
Or are the New Eaton UPGRADED rotors? How are they different?

Looks like it doesn't specify if it's TVS rotors or not.

I emailed both Magnusson and Superchargers Online so we'll see what the response is. I referenced this thread and our rabid group here.

A little research and I found that at least a few Mustangs had TVS rotors installed into their M90 superchargers and that post that @Athlaos made was a TVS rotor install on a Tundra charger so the possibility seems there.

Hi all. Long time no speak.
Quick question... what is the smallest pulley possible to fit on the sc? If I go cutting off anymore around the sc behind the pulley I’m worried I’ll end up really stuffing it up.

I think @Athlaos runs a pulley smaller than 2.00 inches. I'll let him detail his madness since I don't know much about it.

The way this SC body is cast as a mostly one piece unit with thin wall thicknesses makes it so there is very little material that can be removed and it is difficult to do at that.

I did some DIY mild porting and smoothing but when doing research on it I could find no pictures or much info on porting our blowers whatsoever. Check my build thread for more detail and pics.

That said, Steigmeyer ports MP90's and I believe they actually weld material on parts of the body to allow them to remove material. You would have to contact them for info because the MP90 isn't listed on their site.

    http://stiegemeier.com/

These other places might do it as well but you would have to contact them.

I inquired about it to them because I know a few guys here have done it. Not nothing I really need. I was just surprised to see the response because I knew the guys here did it. But, what you said makes perfect sense.

Here is my latest upgrade. Hurst quick shift core shifter. Easy install. It’s 2 pieces total. The shifter body which bolts to the trans and the stick. The TRD quick shifter was a spacer that went on the trans under the stock mechanism then the short stick goes in the stock shift body.

the TRD quick shifter was by far a upgrade over stock. The Hurst is a very solid upgrade over the TRD. I believe the percentage of reduction in throws are the same between the 2. However, the Hurst is nice and tight, no play, it truly feels like a different truck.

Oh boy. I thought someone would never ask.

Ya, I have a 1.87" pulley, I make 16psi boost. My supercharger whine gets into ultrasound, heh. I'm actually not kidding there.

I was going to take it off and put my 2.3" pulley on for the winter, but still haven't... the 1.87 is working well right now. You can check out my My truck for all the mods. Haven't dynoed since I fixed some tuning and put my EL headers in.

I was using a 2.0" pulley for most of 2018, and dynoed 430ftlbs and 360hp to the wheels. Great torque but kinda disappointing horsepower, indicating that there's a lot of airflow restriction in the engine, I theorize mostly on the intake side and/or heads/valves. I dynoed again once I got the 1.87" but lost 10% due to some tuning issues and a bad O2 sensor, despite additional upgrades to other things. My measured MAF airflow with the 1.87" was 444g/s so around 440whp, however that's in 1st gear and the airflow always decreases as you go up the gears (dyno was run in 5th gear, for example) for reasons I haven't quite figured out yet - although someone else here might have a theory about that.

    1.87" Pros:
    1. Great throttle response, quite noticeable even over the 2.0" pulley.
    2. Obviously mid-range torque is good.
    3. People at dynoes and car meets will think you're insane and you'll become infamous - around here people I've never met know about my truck. Well, there was the one guy anyways, and a couple of people at my dealership (not that I GO to the dealership - but I got a frame recall done recently).

    1.87" Cons:
    1. According to others' dynoes, there's not a lot of gains over a 2.3" pulley - aside from perhaps mid-range torque.
    2. You should probably run water/meth injection, since a 10.0 compression ratio is really high for 16psi boost. My car has 10.5 compression ratio, and at 14psi (turbo) on pump fuel, the timing is totally retarded.
    3. Belt slip and belt dust for days. It did, however, get WAAY better after I installed Kelford's camshafts. I attribute this to better airflow, which means less parasitic load to spin the blower.
    4. I'd not recommend a cut Fleetrunner belt as is suggested on Page 1. I snapped about 5 belts last year. Since I moved to a non-cut 70.1" belt, I've gone ten times as far without a snapped belt.

So, would I recommend it? Eh, the biggest drawback is the belt slip eating up belts, so if you don't want to change your supercharger belt often, you might want to stick with a pulley around 2.3". Otherwise, if you like really good throttle response, and a bit of a boost in mid-range torque, I'd say it's good. I do use 900cc/min of water/methanol injection, so I burn that fast af with spirited driving. I also use Pedal Commander which was a surprisingly nice upgrade for a small pulley with already good throttle response.

Here's a picture, you can see the black belt dust on the pulley itself, that's after about 4000 miles.
