A pick tool comes in extremely handy. Just get underneath the ring carefully with the tool and they pop right off for anyone doing this mod in the future.

Added 2 layers of Amazon tint to the light bar. Now it somewhat matches my Baja’s.

Got a good deal on the OEM bed mat. Need to cut the ends to fit with the bed stiffeners, but looks/feels good. Pup approved.290163D4-C849-4CCD-B811-D4B7BE7E56C3.jpg

Anyone know of hood vinyl that’s made for the sport hoods? The sun glare is terrible some days

Agree. Even though I have no skills, I was able to install the Demon Brackets on my 2020 TRD OR. @RivetNutBob, you were right. Took longer to find the right sized wrench than to install the actual Demon Bracket.

The product fit well but I just didn't feel comfortable with just the one bolt. And, I didn't think of @oostroma and his technique. :). I realize it is totally my paranoid but I returned those Demon Brackets and ordered this one:
    https://www.bpfabricating.com/products/tacoma-recovery-tow-hook

I'll post if I am able to get it installed. :)

I will say the BP folks seem very nice. The hook is actually rated so hopefully that will meet my needs -- which are sort of low to medium. One thing of note, they did say they were working on one for the passenger side, too. Looking forward to that as well.

I guarantee you that this will be me. I'll capture video if it does.

With my luck it will go viral.
