    i know this is Tacoma but I have a ‘21 tundra with TSS And looking to get rid of the chrome emblem in the front grille. Rich with tvdvinyl no longer makes a decal to go over. I was wondering if anyone here has a solution. If there is another model truck/suv emblem that will work? I have mgm color and would like that if just a vinyl sticker someone can make me. Or tinted/blackout if replace. Obviously, still want to have it not interfere with the tss.

    I just did a color match grille so no pro grille for me. Surely someone that can make decals/stickers can do this. I just don’t have the equipment ( or know how haha ). Even if there was a replacement from a rav4 or sequoia from the dealer I would buy it. Even if it was a couple hundred. It’s the only thing that is bothering the hell out of me

    This. If you're savvy you can order some "smoke" through vivid vinyl, works great. Also used the yellow clear to do my fogs.

    No issues with TSS? Have you tested it to make sure it still yells at you if you don’t slow down? Lol

    Looks good.... do you know what % that is? Is that window tint or vinyl tint that was used? Can you even see the Toyota logo or just go for a “total” blackout? Hard to see on my phone haha

    I wanted it pretty much blacked out, so I got the darkest thing I could find. It’s headlight vinyl in black. The logo is still just barely visible on a sunny day or at the right angle.
    Here’s what I used.

    Tinting is the best option and what I did, there is always chrome peaking out on overlays that I wasn’t happy with, I finally just gave up and went pro yesterday.

    I just bought my first Taco. Its a 2021 army green. I don't know a whole lot of its details. What would happen if I spray painted the emblem?

    At worst your TSS has errors and turns off, that’s about it. If you don’t do the adaptive speed control and radar related stuff, you won’t miss anything . Probably nothing will happen. though.

    I don't think it has to be a transparent overlay. If you take that emblem off, it is solid black plastic. I think just using a vinyl wrap would suffice. I'll report back if I ever get down that far on my to-do list

    I was thinking of coloring it army green. I think it would look cool with the color of the grill. IDK I will figure something out. Its hideous
