Like said above, give them a call and they'll get you the best idea.

Mine took longer than most because it was the first time they worked with DOM steel for sliders as well as doing hybrid kick-outs. As for install time to the truck, it took maybe what, about 3 hours-ish? Not to bad at all, Brandon really took their time and made sure it was done right, level properly, aligned right, ect.

Great info guys! To be able to buy something local is always better to me than ordering online. Avids price is very reasonable and their quality looks solid. I have been shopping for Demello sliders or Shrockworks sliders but I think you guys have changed my mind. Plus, Ill save a couple hundred dollars :)

Can you, though? Avid is pricing theirs at $500 for bolt-on with powder coating and has incredible reviews within this thread. Not trying to argue, just curious what your take on DTR Fab is/was.

I sent an email off to Brandon @avid and hope to hear back. Would really like to avoid a ship charge and get something done local while I’m here.

    Hey there mandog,

Brandon does great work and a lot of good reviews here on the forum especially.. a solid dude. Although I believe he is most likely booked out a few weeks on sliders just due to the fact there is a lot of demand.

DTR fab we’re all about making a solid product with solid materials, good work ethic and good vibes. We are a smaller shop with not many advertisements, just word of mouth so our queue for product has a much smaller wait time .. typically within a week. That is until we start branching out with social media, then the stipulations would change I would imagine longer wait times as we get more customers.

Have over 2 dozen happy satisfied customers and growing :) would love to earn your business, if this is something that would fit your needs feel free to reach out.

    Thank you sir.
    Have a nice day.

@YotaGuy Appreciate that response! Just pulling information of what’s available. Brandon’s name was what I saw popping up everywhere, but of course that likely means longer wait time. Best wishes to you guys and let’s see what happens!

I Wasn’t even sure if he (brandon) was alive as this thread jumps back ten years

    Edit: See what happens here:

DTR came through and got some rock solid pieces of equipment! Cheers
