Thank you for the clarification. I hadn't thought about how micro scratches can cause viewing problems.

Throw some mud on it so it matches the rest of the truck.

I just installed the 5100's on the 4th setting with OEM coils, 1" block in the rear and I like it. I would recommend it to anyone that wants a lift and doesn't break the bank. 1.55" lift was good enough for me to fit 32" tires. The 5th setting would allow 33"s but it's advised to get aftermarket UCA's so you can get a proper alignment.

It's a fairly easy install to do yourself or with a buddy

I've eyeballed these before. Any hyper flash with them? I like the price and would like to get of the amber refection in the headlights.

Way beyond my skills as a DIY’r. Maybe it’s in my head but, in my head, it says, just pay someone to do it. If it goes sideways that’s on them and not on me to possibly buy a whole new set of headlights. I know my skills and this seems a bit beyond them.

I think this guy @tccustomslighting on instagram (I forget his name here on TW) does them at a price of $350 + your headlights. So he will send you a set, you install, then reuse the packaging to send your original ones to him... so he can flip them for someone else.
He can do add-ons too, which is cool -- and definitely goes beyond my comfort zone.

^^ if you ever want an option!

Yah I’d deff pay $100. Now I’m in Canada so does that mean I’d pay $77 or $129? Hah

Swapped out the OEM bed decals and added some retro stripe vinyl. I’m not sure how much I like the scoop or the wheel decals.

I ran them for a few years. They were good and no hyper flash issues

I know you posted this a while back. If you order the Red Arc adapter for the 2nd gen Tacoma it fits perfectly in the spot where you have it mounted. That's what I did for mine. Thought I'd let you know...
