Anyone install katzkins, can you tell me if you removed the cover from rear center headrest or left it in place? It’s looks as if the front headrests are glued so those will stay on but the rear (center at least) had clips so I removed that one. Only reason I ask because the post holes/cutouts are wider and now see foam but if I left the original cover on the post holes/cutouts are tight and it obviously won’t see foam

can you pop your rear center and take a look? Thanks. by the way, vacuum suctioning the headrest made the cover slip on super easy. Used produce bag but the bag I got at Winn Dixie is to small for the fronts

What i may suggest is use a wider bracket and have two bolts going into the rail for each. Or a brace from front to back. Reason is if ur gonna have a lot of weight on the rack and you have to brake suddenly it won’t lean forward and possibly collapse from the weight. If that makes any sense. Maybe I’m wrong about how sturdy it is but never too careful

TRD emblems, tinted windows, OEM running boards, AVS vent shades, RMAS upgrade, LED lights in front and rear, interior LED lighting upgrade, LED lighting in bed, touch control dash mount for LED lighting, auxillary 12v and USB jacks in bed, replace all speakers with Infinity, custom mod with Bose tweeters, TRD Pro illumination mod...
Also, I might add, that the brackets extending horizontally should be shorter or the edges rounded so they don't catch on anything.

So I was able to stretch the produce bag and squeeze it on the front headrest so I could suction it. Still need someone to chime in on the rear center for me

I seen a lot of posts complaining about getting the headrests on just by manually compressing the foam bit by bit so searching for tips lead me to the vacuum suc and it’s going smoothly

Install was a breeze, absolutely zero issues with fitment on this panel.

I've read a few members comments about having alignment issues with the Mountain Hatch bolt holes, and I believe the bolts closest to the bed not being long enough?

The AL panel holes lined up great and bolted right in no problem with the existing hardware.

Thanks for the input.. I have actually thought about both of these. My initial plan was to have the smaller 90° on the bedside and the larger 90° on the rail. The way the brackets lined up made me switch it around because it seemed a bit more stable.
These will mostly be used for bikes and items too wide to fit between the wheel wells, so I'm not too concerned about the weight causing roll.

Happy with the light. I do need to mention that it is not a 100% seal. Moves slightly.

I did not install mine but the installer said they do not remove the covers on the headrests, just slip the new katskinz over the top of them

edit: I know it’s not much help as you seem to be working things out just fine.
The covers are great, if you’ve never had katskinz before, you’ll love them!

Yup just added to cart to check. It’s like $156. That’s $39 off, but then you add $35 shipping and $12.25 tax and the total is back to $203.25

Installed N-Fab steel steps, blacked out mirror turn signals, Cali Raised LED raptor tail lights. (Ignore the random leaf in the grill....)

Anyone have any recommendations for blacked out 3rd Brake lights?

Nice! I love mine. Just realize that the range to empty will be wrong as it’s doesn’t acknowledge the larger tank size and that you can travel well beyond (for me it’s 70 miles) beyond zero

Where did you snag that addon to the positive battery terminal? That's genius.
