You hit the nail right on the head. She has awesome products that you cant get anywhere else and I have a bunch of them. The problem is when she did receive the product, executing the fulfillment went to shit. If she followed FIFO (First In, First Out) like a normal pre-order, then there wouldn’t have been such a negative response to the seller. I would consider buying from her again, if I REALLY wanted something, but I will NEVER pre-order again to fund the product.

she needs to upgrade her website purchasing software to alleviate all of the problems. It should keep all the sales, order status, payment status, shipping status, yada yada yada.
