    You hit the nail right on the head. She has awesome products that you cant get anywhere else and I have a bunch of them. The problem is when she did receive the product, executing the fulfillment went to shit. If she followed FIFO (First In, First Out) like a normal pre-order, then there wouldn’t have been such a negative response to the seller. I would consider buying from her again, if I REALLY wanted something, but I will NEVER pre-order again to fund the product.

    nah just a smart ass. And have been burned enough times by vendors unfortunately. Sierra expeditions was one this year. Promised me over the phone that my order was coming until the day they closed forever.

    This 100%, very well said. They have come out with some neat products but next time they have a product idea and ask for preorders to help fund it, who the hell is going to be dumb enough to sign up? They already burnt the bridge here at TW. Once with the mods, now with the community. And any new members that inquire about KTJO will probably first be routed to these threads, turning off potential customers. Hell, whenever someone mentions tacomabeast the post right after is a screenshot of their rock carving fiasco. That's a large fraction of preorders that they have lost, maybe sales even.

    As evidenced by the people admitting they’ve had an issue with her before and bought this anyway, as well as the type of crew who buys into “tacomabeast” (sounds like Tapout culture to begin with) and the type of goons who only live in the facebook group environment or Instagram universe, you’re damn right. She’s not going anywhere.

    You could peddle hand-crafted dung beetle turds and make sales on those outlets. Then the brand loyalists come in and play cancel culture if you talk bad about the company, even in the face of a totally shit product or service, just like the shill you quoted.

    she needs to upgrade her website purchasing software to alleviate all of the problems. It should keep all the sales, order status, payment status, shipping status, yada yada yada. It will be more overhead for the company but come on, it be less headaches/heartaches for everyone involved for our and her sanity
