Anybody put a front camera on their 2020 OR/Sport grill yet that works well? Is there any good options similar to the OEM one that isn't $400 for not very good quality. I can bend a bracket similar to how that one mounts, but has anybody found one that works well in that style?

I thought I saw people in the thread who had 2020s. I may have been mistaken. That sucks, was on my to do list.

Not looking for the harness, looking for the camera right now. I know of a harness that works, but really want to get the same style as OEM camera.

Found a user that has done it, they had a bracket fabed to match the OEM camera location and used a Nakita WD-007K

Pretty much most cams will work. CCD will work better than the CMOS ones for image quality

Yeah I should mark this one as solved, I bought the camera mentioned in my last post and had it installed almost a month now.

Is the horizontal angle 210 degrees or is that a typo? Can you take a picture of your screen when the camera is in use?

    Missed this awhile ago.

It's pretty wide angle, I actually swapped to a 170 degree for the time being testing it out because it's a little clearer vs this one.

Hey brother was wondering if you could please update this. I have a 20 and want to put in a front facing camera. Can you confirm what harness works, and also what if anything you would do different if you had to do it over again. Much appreciated!

I bought this kit with no camera because I didn't want the 16-19 pro style setup where they were drilling holes to put in the camera since the 20 OR and Pro grill have camera locations even if you didn't get a camera.

Screws for attaching any bracket is toyota part number 90167-A0021, need 2 for both OR and Pro grilles.

Here are the two cameras I have:
Nakita 210 viewing angle. This one has a really wide view and picks up parts of the grill because of how wide the view is, it isn't a really high quality image, but you can see the most with this one. This is the only one I ran on my OR grill.

2nd one I got because I got a 2020 Pro Grill from Sparks and wanted something that fit more flush, but this will work with the OR grill too. Wanted to try something with less of a viewing angle to better match the rear view and get a bit better higher quality image. I found this cheap one. It's 170 degrees and works fine in the day, need to try it at night still. Just finally got it installed on my pro grill last night.

I made a metal bracket first to hold the camera. When I switched to the pro grill, it wasn't nearly as easy to get a decent metal bracket to work, so I got one working on my 3d printer. Now I have a bracket I can print for anyone for both OR and Pro grilles for the Nakita. OR grille is still in the test phase, sent it to someone on the board. I used both brackets for the pro grill and both are working great. I still need to make a bracket for the OR grill for the cheap other camera, haven't had a reason to yet.

I don't regret my choices, I like the anytime system with the switch. Just be warned the switch does illuminate the rear and forward lights when in the forward mode. That confused me after I installed it.

Ok thank you for the details. Great that they have the updated harness for the 2020s. I have the additional issue of having a Rigid Industries front grill on my OR (pic below), so I'll have to figure out what to do about a bracket.
