There are no trails in Southern Ontario, unless you know someone with private land or don't mind sandy mud at Gopher Dunes. Everything is north...

    Mud flaps? What are those?!

if your planning on off-roading id look into some made of more flexible material. The oem plastic ones just break off

It's an uncommon size that tire shops usually have to special order, so you don't see them with frequent "20% off" discounts like GY Duratracs at Canadian Tire.

Hey that rack doesn't look all too bad. hopefully it holds up against the Canadian winter once it's on, if you need a hand to toss it on, give me a heads up

your Pod light is certainly better than what i had.

Won't be putting it on the truck until spring but some report it sounds like driving into a tornado, some report it as quite silent.

Most people put a piece of weather stripping on the fairing to help. There is 2 height settings for front and back mounting brackets. so you can give the rack some rake (low front, high in the back) to try different things too.

Are you trying to spot slender man or?

i fixed up the wording on that post

careful with the weather stripping. If the deflector moves at all from vibration, it'll start to rub into the clear coat. I have a foot long piece of clear bra in that area to act as a barrier against stuff like that. I'd imagine it would be a good idea to add something like it or at least something attached to the truck, that way any vibration form the deflector rubs the mounted material and not the clearcoat/paint. but then again, i don't have a roof rack on hand so i can't vouch for that to actually happen.

dude, you wouldn't believe the shit @ODSC1 and myself heard in the middle of the night while on the Round Algonquin Park trip we did last year

I don't expect you to drive from the south to the north to help mount a roof rack, my beer budget is only so high!

I will be doing the first 12 inches clear bra, possibly buy some extra for the hood too. I'd do the whole truck if I could...
