Got the TSB done for the launch/transmission last weekend, and I got word today that my rock sliders are being shipped, earlier than expected, from 4x innovations.

Blackout emblems, and blackout "TACOMA" on the tailgate. Looking good!

Mail came in, Hopefully I can get this installed this weekend. Not really looking for a lift but my hopes are with the stock leaf wear/sag from the cap these will raise it back up and with the constant weight will settle slightly to the stock rake… otherwise I just stumbled down a rabbit hole. Sumo springs to help sag caused by heavy loads and theoretically extend life of leaf pack. Install tips welcomed

Follow up with a question… it appears that the headstrong provided u bolts for the aal does not seat flat on the sumo spring brackets. Has anyone noticed this when installing? Will it be fine once torqued or do I need slightly wider ubolts? Thought

The location I'm referring to is under the stereo, the specific spot is the one next to the cigarette lighter.

You could notch out the Sumo brackets on each side to accommodate the U bolts.
