    Sounding like and idler bearing or accessory.

    Like @dbb1 mentioned. Pull the belt. Spin the pulleys by hand. See if you can isolate the noise

    Lowest things down there are the #1 idler and the AC compressor.
    Higher up other 2 idlers and tensioner, alternator, and PS pump.
    Do as Torspd said and pull the belt and spin them all and feel the play.

    You were not in water deep enough to hurt anything. If that much water caused a problem we couldn't drive in the rain. When you drive through puddles you splash water under pressure all under your truck.

    Counldnt pin point exactly what bearing but it gets louder with the ac on. I’ve narrowed it down to either the 1 idler or ac. Thank you!

    Still have not figured it out. Sorry for no pictures I can’t even get a general area where it’s coming from (wheel, cv axle, belt, pulleys, tie rods) I checked everything. My next idea is just to bring it to a shop but i’d rather find it myself then pay someone to look.

    Yes i had the wheel off checked for debris and even pulled it away a bit and still no change
