If its a weekday I'm usually back up in the area by 5/6 unless its a late day, but otherwise I'm good for whatever works for everyone else

I'm assuming weekends are going to be better for most people anyway. It doesn't matter much to me so I just threw it out there as an option.

Assuming you are on the latest Toyota TSB, less than 5 minutes. If you need the TSB done it's 10-15 minutes.

After the tune is applied is there any way for it to get erased?

The dealer (or you) flashing a TSB will overwrite it. That is why I always update first.

    Yep.

I'm going away next week, but if no-one else wants in by then we can make a plan.

Let's say tentatively Saturday the 20th?

Main thing I'm looking to accomplish is to increase charging voltage for my AGM.

Anything I need to know from this thread? I don't fully understand a lot of what is being discussed in that thread.

Not really. Just need to make the changes and verify with a multimeter. It will take a little extra time, but it's not too bad.

No problem. I'm kinda waiting on the pending software update from OVTune which is supposed to be a big one. Unfortunately along with that comes changes to licensing that may change how much I charge. It is TBD and I won't know until everything is released/announced.

No clue. OVTune updates are almost never on time or predictable. In any case, the updates are to the flash software and I dont expect any significant changes to the tune. There may be a few minor things, but nothing I would consider a mandatory update (re-flash) at the moment.
