Remote fob works and the the driver and passenger door handle lock buttons do too. Just both unlock buttons stop working intermittently. Any suggestions what’s afoul before I pull the door skins? On a trip now so don’t really wanna mess with it

But it started affecting both doors at the same time. I just spent a week driving from WA back to CA spending a few nights at Motel 6 and wonder if some stupid a-hole tried to shove a slim Jim down there...

I didn’t really address this because like a fluke this stuff started working again as it should.
    However, I recently noticed this:
F6217288-A44B-4323-A871-76245DEF237D.jpg Somebody evidently tried to drill the manual door lock on my driver’s side. I think this happened when my truck was parked at the harbor in Ensenada over night. No success for the wannabe thief but I need to fix this. Having trouble finding the replacement. Anyone know the part number?

I don’t know if the part numbers are the same for all trucks.
But here is how you replace it.

Yeah, the link shows how to remove the cylinder.
As far as what part the part number is, I don’t know?
You’ll likely need the cylinder cut to fit the current key.
I have no idea of the dealer does this, but I think a locksmith might be cheap.
