Looks pretty ominous. Maybe I should make a home depot run, wouldn't want to run out of projects.

All i really need is some laminate flooring and some jigsaw blades. And perhaps another 5 lbs of coffee.

    It’s one of these

Battery Tender 5 Amp, 12V Battery Charger, Battery Maintainer: Fully-Automatic Battery Charger for Cars, Trucks, SUVs and More - Smart Automotive Battery Chargers - 022-0186G-DL-WH https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00EDFPN1...abc_QZ5VYR7D9CGGDC4G8KEY?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1

I don’t hook up all the time. I’ve run my truck like 2x in the last 3 weeks and it wasn’t super happy the other day about it. I figured it would probably be a good idea with as cold as it is.

I've considered one of those oil pan stick on heaters. I feel like it's a bit late to order and install one at this point lol

In the immediacy, yes, but there will be future winters. Thought about getting one as well, but the truck pretty much stays parked once snow/ice starts. I have a freeze plug heater in the YJ, but I think the last time it was used was almost a decade ago.

Block heaters are great, both if my trucks have them. The taco has a oil pan heater too.

The Nissan has the oem nissan one, manufactured by Pyroil. I think they make the Toyota oem ones as well. Not sure what brand the taco has, it was there when I bought it.

The taco has two because it spent most of its life in the Yukon. Used to have a battery blanket too
