Check out the eibach pro truck lift . I've had the bilstein ome combo on a first gen and it made clunking sounds most of the time . Eibach setup has been smooth so far . I'd also check a full replacement leaf pack . Only ran an add a leaf once and it squeaked like crazy

Not surprising. Maybe look into the TRD lift kit offered by Toyota

Just put your OEM coilsprings with the 5100's. I did that with my dads 2nd gen and it runs fine.

You don't need coils springs. Bilstein recommends that you use the stock coils. OME sagg, my friend is on OEM springs now after 2 sets of OME.

Like it was said use your old springs. Blistein 5100's were designed to use you OEM springs, plus this will save you a few dollars to use on your ECSG bushing because of the vibrations you will develop when you lift this thing.

How much of a lift are you able to get with stock coils on the 5100s? Same as any OME coils? If so what rear lift would you do with to make it somewhat lvl after a little weight has been added on the back?
    Thank you
Can you still get a decent lift

Your stock springs will go as high as your 5100's will take you 2" I believe. Just remember the higher you go the rougher the ride. Here are a few things to read.
