That would be great. I’d rather not take this to a shop, it would probably be cheaper to buy a new chainsaw at that point.

 

Woke up at 2pm and sawed more off the bent inner fender. Hopefully that lights a fire under me to cut the spot welds off the remaining bit and get the 4Runner front end bolted in for test fitment. Also ordered $600 in parts to finish the truck. Feels stupid to do that with no job... but I need to use this down time to get the truck driving again.

 

It only took me like 3 days but I eventually figured out 8x5.5 is the exact same as 8x165.1

Going to hammer the pinch weld and run 255/85R16s first. I have the gears sitting around to run 35s though

 

Which ones and are they installed on anything

 

Just skip it and go 35x12.5x15 or 10.5x15

I have a 4.56 front diff with a truetrac that was freshly setup and never used. So I'd need to break it in. Then I have a high mile open 4.56 3rd member that I could run as is or get a harrop put in. 4.56 and 35s seems to be fine with the manual trans.

 

Why wouldn’t there be

 

Ah okay, darn. Not enough gear, at least for me. 35s gotta be 4.88 or 5.29
