Holy smokes that looks great brother! Glad they got you squared away. It baffles me how dealerships can get away with those little fees like that hazmat lol I spent most of the afternoon lifting mine as well. I really like the way it turned out, but then I log on to TW and see your Charcoal Grey taco and that hood makes me wish I would've had a little more patience at the dealership when I bought mine Well done, and congratulations! Thanks! Yours looks great too and you saved a few $ bucks compared to me. Ya, I saw the HAZMAT fee and thought "whatever", because it's late Friday afternoon and I'm ready to go. I like how they left in my fog lights, as I brought that up like 3 times without a straight answer of, "Yes we'll leave them in". This deal was sweetened further as they gave me a loaner (no cost) for those 2 days (2020 Tacoma SR5), but I did add $15 in gas. I thought it was a bit strange the pro grille "TOYOTA" was black, but thought it looks good and I may leave it that way. I can can add color match decals later if I want. Overall, very happy with the turn out. It's been a long new taco week...IPA time! Cheers!

No. Placeholder for it though. My Sport package does not have the 360 degree camera view. Only thing I don't have I think. I plan to add the kit (RFT anytime camera kit) for front/rear camera. Or something similar...not fully researched yet.

 

What tire size is your tire?

I have exact same struts (5100). Wow, you paid almost $2k! I got mine done for $800! My truck has OME887, 5100, and Headstrong progressive 3 leaf AAL.

I bought mine with the XP Predator package, which mainly comes with TRD Pro rims and Goodyear Wrangler 265/70R16 in place of the stock. Therefore, no need for me to sell the stock TRD Sport wheels. And the TRD lift kit comes with the TRD Pro grille. I'd assume most people will already have that or not want it and go for some other aftermarket grille. I mainly wanted my warranty to stay fully intact, so I'm willing to pay the extra for the deader installed option compared to something aftermarket. That TRD lift kit won't meet everyone's needs.

I wondered why there's "XP" on your truck unit you told me. That's cool! The Bilstein 5100 is so much better than the factory suspension!

Thanks! But I'm as noob as they come being a first time Toyota owner. That's why I went for the XP package (southeast port package only I believe) and the TRD lift kit, knowing I'm more of a pavement princess than off road. Still, I have decent capability when needed. There's got to be a ton of threads here on that and a lot of YouTube videos. For a TRD OR there's so many options based on your intended use. Happy hunting!

Im looking at getting this kit too. I know $2k is crazy. But my truck is 3 months old and its all covered under factory warranty. Looks great man!

Yes, I was the first customer on a new truck. Truck bought on Monday, dropped off Wednesday, and picked up Friday afternoon. Long week...lol. Great first mod and worth it IMO, even though there's cheaper options out there.
