Brand new truck, not even 3000 miles, but these are already starting to look like ass. I've tried Griots Vinyl & Rubber Dressing, but the rock chips still look grey.

I have RockBlokz. But you have to turn at some point in time so rocks do still find a way around them.

Do you have aftermarket wheels or spacers? That seems a bit excessive for 3000 miles.

After 100,000 KMs mine are pretty much all grey at the bottom of the rears. Agreed mud flaps only do so much as when you turn they rears just get peppered.
    Thinking about bed liner now.

I like what you did there.
How did that work out with putting the flares back on? I did my wife's JK fenders with Line-X last summer. They look awesome, but I went to a bolt on system, because the push in things weren't long enough and they always allowed the fenders to sit a bit loose for me. Line-X has to encapsulate plastic to keep from delaminating.
Her Jeep came out like this.

Line-X them and call it a day. Never have to worry about fading again

If that's not your game try the butane or propane torch method

Raptor Liner is a good stuff since it is UV resistant and won't fade easily.

Solution finish or Stoner's Trim Shine - I used both with good results. Stoner's I used on better X5 with over 250K miles, all the black plastic pieces looked new over 15 years using trim shine on a regular basis.

Tire shine will blacken them fenders right up! Cheap and it will get them back to jet black.
