Oooh! There may be a problem..... The AC Sport doesn't have a cargo bed light switch.

I may need to work on that.

I believe for your setup an additional relay and a switch are needed, and possibly some other issues to deal with.

 

Let me know what you see. It’s not a HUGE lean on them but it’s definitely not perfectly straight like it should be. Not sure if it will cause issues down the road.

When I put pressure on the hood to close it I can also see the ball mounts move slightly. They’re definitely tightened in all the way so I know that’s not the issue.

 

With the way the bed graphics blend, it almost looks like the topper was meant to be black ... looks good to me !

 

Damn. Yeah he said the container order from China they placed months ago just landed. I picked a pretty normal combo so it was part of their shipment

What did you use to protect the exposed wires coming from the ditch lights?

 

I really haven't tested the spotter portion yet in a parking lot. However, since I have to park on the street in a neighborhood, it does make seeing the neighbor's driveway a bit easier so I don't park close to it.

you can also pull the shark fin off and just disconnect the cell phone antenna and it won’t be able to communicate.

Preparedness

 

I didn't like the load angle and placement of the Sokietechs when I looked at the 3 options for hood struts. I settled with Spiker Engineering ones and couldn't be happier. Don't be intimidated by the rivets, it's unbelievably easy. They came out great and I would recommend 10/10.
