It's the type of vibe that you hear while laying in bed but you're not part of. Yeah it's bad.

I'm 100 percent sure it's put back together the same way and I've done the carrier bearing and a drop kit

Man's bike hahaha. Trials bikes look like so much fun though I would get one but I have car parts to buy. I'm not familiar with trials bikes is that a gas gas?

Looking at this pic, you actually need to rotate your pinion down a few degrees, I bet it's wrapping and your pinion is pointing up at certain RPMs underload, a one piece won't fix that. Additionally you need to check u joint phase with an angle finder, evrey u joint should be less than 2* off-center from each other, I'm betting you didn't assemble it dead on. I fought some violent drivetrain vibrations for almost a year, changed a ton of shit, and turns out my u joints were like 10* out of phase and I swore it was dead on looking at it. I almost went one piece early on, because internet, and one of the best driveshaft builder in the country talked me out of a $900+ one piece because it would have been too long.

Tldr: one piece won't fix your problem, pinion is too high and I u joints are most likely out of phase.

Well it was perfectly fine before the lift and driving it home when I was done it was shaking really bad. So the next day I did the carrier bearing and it didn't do much. I measured the read angle its at 2 degrees with the support bearing drop. But ill do some research on what phase is and mess with it

I eyeballed the u joints for years, recently found this video and it's now smooth.

Take that carrier bearing drop off and throw it in the garbage if you have one, the same people saying that works are the same idiots who think diff drops do something.

A lot of people don't account for the axle pinion rotating up, so they set the pinion angle at rest, then wonder why it vibes, you need to account for that. I have way the hell more lift than you and an offset rear axle with no vibrations and the stock two piece setup, a one piece for you will be throwing a very expensive part at a problem that can be fixed pretty easily. Here's a link for a bunch of reading on setting pinion angle: http://ftp.muirnet.net/entry/seting-pinion-angle-correctly#:~:text=The pinion should be 2,measurements on a lifted vehicle.
Dont let the fact that it's a two piece driveshaft confuse you, pretend the section by the transfer case doesn't exist and the flange by the center bearing is the "transfer case end" referenced in the above link, does that make sense?

You were told to try axle shims in the other threads too.

If multiple people are telling you the same, you might want to try it.

I know there are multiple angles available; you'll be undoing your ubolts and replacing shims like a boss in no time.

    It's a Beta.

I used to compete in Bike Trials back in the day, and since I'm old and fat now, pedaling displeases me, lol. So: motor.

It's a 2000, so, rather old. It' been "fun" searching for parts. 1) it's a trials bike: kind of a niche market. 2) it's an OLD trials bike, and 3) it's an old Italian trials bike.

I finally found a parts and service manual for it, but I have to use google translate, lol
