    Hey there
Looking for input into brands of onboard air compressors.
Looking to be able to air up tires, if needed, and my Firestone air bags as well.
Seen a few guys mount them everywhere but I like the mounting in the rear right storage bin in the box by the inverter the most.
I know nothing of the brands and reliability and that’s what I am after.
    Any inputs?

    Yes:

    1. Close to battery.
    2. Save and secure.
    3. Convenient to use.
    4. Out of the way (it is not a frequent use item for me)
    5. Zero mod install.

I was thinking possibly stealing power from somewhere out back or running power back there but I just looked at that inbox storage compartment and there’s no way that unit is fitting in there.
Maybe I’ll fabricate an aluminum box on the left where Toyota used to put the larger storage box or just under the hood. I just wasn’t too fond of the access under the hood vs in the box

Do you want to remotely air up the airbags? If so, @spectacolar.adventures did something like that over here

I have a tonneau so not too concerned on the security but good call on the zero mod for sure.
I did plan to fab in a storage box on the rear left so maybe I’m just doing it a little sooner than planned

Yes I don’t want to have to find air or air up before I pick something up. That’s gonna be a pain in the #ss
