Just like this here: all positive connections exposed to the water, mud, pine needles

@Mr.PowerTrays researched the clarification with switchpros when the tray was redesigned. theres a lenghty discussion in his product thread.

The heat sealed eyelet at the end of the wires are excellent.
It's the fact that the busbar it's an exposed source of power (when ON)
Even the OEM Relay/fuse box has exposed power terminals, but it has cover.
    Just my $.02...

Great instructions. I set up mine similarly including tapping the blue ignition wire to my EFI fuse. I have an issue where a running light I set to automatically turn on with the memory function will turn on randomly a little while after turning off the engine and then turn off shortly after. I think it is the same issue mentioned in this third gen install post - https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/switch-pros-9100-install-and-bs-thread.534369/page-19 Third Gen's seem to have another fuse option 'INJ' which solves the problem (https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/efi-3-vs-inj-fuses.602078/) but that fuse doesn't exist in the 2nd Gen. Are there any other fuse options to prevent this issue?

Update: Ended up running the blue wire through the firewall to the IGN 2 fuse.

Very nice install. I just moved my SP . I made a custom bracket and it was nice but found myself reaching a little. So i now have it in the shifter console. Maybe someone can help me or better explain how the switches work with the SPST turned on . I can’t grasp how it works if you only have one “load or device “ on one terminal. I know you can keep pushing the button to switch the source but still only have one wire as a output. Im trying to add a front camera and would like to use only one button. Any input would be appreciated thanks CF09AD5B-8308-44D6-9389-E2F827FA54F7.jpg07DFCCF0-7183-411D-8F73-1182ECFF08C8.jpg
