Finally got a real coilover in the front. Accutune mounting point on my truck isn't going to work which I'm OK with. The cans would have been pretty vulnerable out there.

Best I could figure with the hose I have is this.
    PXL_20210519_223829916.jpg PXL_20210519_223835939.jpg

The hose is twisted and touching the frame so not ideal but it might have to ride like this until I can find a shop able to charge them.

Might have to stop by @TMFF on my way back to Idaho in August.

Looks like you got the same shocks as I did from accutune. I ran into the same problem, and made some custom brackets to put them in the upper forward most corner of the wheel wells. I've thought about putting them there as well too tucked under the skid plate

I tried that with there supplied bracket but couldn't get it to work. I think I prefer it in that corner. I'll have to give it another shot. Where they are now I don't think I will be able to adjust the blue adjuster without a making a socket. That thing is tight.

That's pretty terrible resi hose routing from Fox. HMU if you want to fix that. Mounting it vertical off the coil bucket and shortening the hose should work depending on your wheel and tire specs.

So it's Fox with the hose setup and not Accutune? Good chance I'll be getting in touch closer to August.

AFAIK yes, They order the PN for your application and tune to your specs. They don't change resi hoses much.

Drop bracket lift and booger welds
I actually realllly like that setup, maybe even more than my custom one. Weld on some ruff stuff resi mounts and it's good. Is the blue dial hard to adjust because of the clearance the skid would give you running it in that location?

I also noticed that the bottom shock eyelets are different than mine. I wonder if they changed the design.

On the passenger side one the shock mount would rub part of the aluminum eyelet
    bad side (passenger).jpg

I thought about getting the hose shortened and mounting the resi where most others have it placed, close next to the coilover. But the resi on these fox's are much longer than any other brand i've seen. So I'm not sure that position would work tbh.

That looks pretty good. When I tested it there I didn't have it angled out like you have and the hose was hitting the tire.

Before I installed it I'd have to wrap my whole hands around it to turn. Where it's at now I can barely get my fingers awkwardly on it. If the hose was a little shorter I wouldn't mind it. As it sits now they have to be pushed further back in to keep the hose off the tire.

    650lb 14"

The 600lb ones they came with couldn't handle all the weight up front

I'm on the 600s coming from 500 ome so it already feels pretty significant.

Oh I bet. Give them some time to settle too. I can't imagine what it would be like going back to my OME 881's after these.
I found that it was a bit too cushy on the bumps and I had to crank them down further than I liked to get to the lift I wanted. ymmv

Sitting at 23" hub to fender with the 1" body lift. Seems to be holding weight just fine for now. Only about 1" of threads above the collar. I need to make some more alignment tools before I lift it much more than what the 882s were doing.

Ah yea forgot you have a body lift.
What other alignment tools you need to make? Doesn't that castor plate thing you made do most of it?

It does but I won't be back home in Idaho until August. Gives me a reason to make another with a few changes to it.
