    Yeah.
The man has solar keeping him going, so he's posting updates in the TW Live thread on his progress. Likely moving through LR now.

Sharing pictures from today's Little Rock Rigs and Coffee event. We a good turnout at both the coffee and trail ride. I think Brad counted 19 rigs on the trail. It just keeps growing.

I came by there and got a breakfast burrito. Didn't see you. Also, I talked to Mason on the repeater.

Sorry I missed you. I was running late today. I didn't get there until after 11 AM. Mason helped me get my radio set up for the repeater when we met up in Paron. I didn't have it set up for analog.

I had to turn the power setting from high to low to get the radio to work.

We'll be here every month. We're kind of like a train. If you miss one, another will be coming along soon.

    I ordered and installed these:
    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads...eat-69-both-seats.599353/page-9#post-23274949

Took about 10 mins to put in. I thought it was gimmicky, but I gotta say 1" does make a difference (no jokes, please). I'm almost 6' and had to adjust all the mirrors and took some getting used to, but it really is more comfortable, and really will help on those long drives out west. Recommended. Tacomas aren't known for their seat comfort.

Its time to pull the STT Pros off too. I ordered the General Grabber ATX and am having them installed tomorrow. Reviews on them here in the forum, tire rack, etc. are pretty stellar. Always been a Cooper guy, so we will see. It was nice to have the Pros when they were needed, but they have gotten loud and gas mileage has def suffered.

I'm with ya on the seat risers. I'm 6'2" and could never sit comfortably in my 1st gen Tacoma seats. I would sit on a foam wedge. I bought mine for the 1st gen from a company named DesertDoesIt. I also got a set for the cruiser. It makes a huge difference. I don't have back and leg pain while driving now.

    So. Many. Stickers.
I just installed their seat risers in my third gen Tacoma. As a short guy it was annoying when off-road not being able to see anything. Makes a huge difference and the seating position is infinitely more comfortable.

    Yeah.
I'm going to order a set. Seems like a cheap thing to check out, and easy to remove if I don't like them.

I’ve been thinking about getting some also, my lower back was killing me by the time we got to Gulf Shores. Is that what a seat riser is supposed to fix?

    Yeah.
I generally don't have a complaint with the seats and don't really have any pain after long drives -- but I have a big screw in my hip, and it gets stiff and takes a bit to straighten up after a long drive. That happens in any seat, though. But, if these make it more comfortable, it's worth $40 to me to find out!

It changes the seat angle, and a lot have claimed it helps with back and leg pain. I know for me after 10-12 hours in the saddle, my back, legs and buttocks definitely feel it. Read through the thread link I posted, you'll get a better idea what it's all about.

Looks like we have options for front and rear risers. I ordered some front risers for the Tacoma and LX470.

In thinking about these spacers, I may be able to use them to lift up the passenger seat 1" so I can install a powered sub under it. I can use the DesertDoesIt spacers to lift the front.
