I'll let you know how it feels off-road after loaded up with camping gear I'm a little concerned about the weight of the front bumper and skid plates :/ I guess we'll see!!!

I’d for sure add the icon rear hydro bump stop kit as well . With the added weight it will help in all possible scenarios. You’ll thank me later. I don’t think people realize how much of a difference this makes in controlling the rear end from slamming the axle to frame. We don’t have a lot of up travel on these leaf over trucks …. Plus all that weight. Recipe for clenching ur butt every time you hit a speed bump or a ditch comes out of no where on the trail.

thanks! I’ve looked into them but honestly the leaf springs seem to provide a lot of resistance to prevent it. Haven’t really slammed my bump stops as far as I can tell.

I still have the factory bumps but that would be an interesting upgrade. I also considered some sumo springs though.

 

Anyone tried sumo springs?

 

I'm trying to figure out which to order for my 2nd gen since I put a camper on the back and dont want to invest in a lift kit right now to address the additional weight.
