does the rear feel jittery over bumps? is that part of the instability you describe? if yes, the solution is clearly Hammer hangers. these will change it hugely.

I'm considering hammer hangers for more flex but my shocks with adjusters help ALOT to have super planted feel.
btw how much is it to install those things, cutting, welding?

I'm not sure but @EatSleepTacos can give you a real answer on shop rates for that.

i hear you about your shocks but that's not what I'm talking about. the difference will be much greater than you're expecting with the Hammer hangers. believe me on that.

Luckily the hammer hangers don’t require any welding, so it’s something you could tackle yourself with basic tools. If you wanted to pay a shop instead, expect 3-4 hours labor, so roughly $400 or so.

Others say its like $1000 because taking off the oem hangers is a major pain. Plus most people also do the shock relocation at the same time which involves a little welding

Not sure if this will help at all, but I pay keen attention to any vehicle in front of me to see if they
'bounce' due to a dip in the road. If they do when I get to the dip I always take my foot off the
accelerator and kinda 'coast' over that spot. Same with bridges approaching and leaving a bridge,
they are notorious for not being even with the road.

Here on the 202 exit to exit onto the 10 right in a bitchin curve there is a dip that will add years to
your life if you hit it fast enough, I always watch the car in front of me so I can time it just right
no matter what I'm driving, the wife's Forester, my old Jeep, the Tacoma, my kids Corolla...
