Where did you get the poly center bearing from?

    Describe squeaks:
Constant rhythmic squeaks as with a rotating object/driveline?
Occasional squeak as in a leaf spring adjusting?

When was the last time you lubed the slip yoke and/or the driveline?
Also something to check, @Uphillshunter stated about U-Bolts check - one of the guys I wheel with had loose U-Bolts and the had moved around to cause squeaking but worse than that - wear grooves in the axle.

Yes it’s definitely something to do with the driveline (rotating squeak). How do you lube slip yoke and drive line? I recently greased all the u joint zerk fittings but that’s about it.

There was a TW Group Buy from IEDLS but I don't see the one we all got on their website anymore.

    found the online store
There are two for the Ranger, not sure which one I installed.

it's spring/axle wrap, springs bind up like below and release on stop or takeoff. Feels like getting bumped from behind.

I would imagine a dry slip yoke would contribute to it feeling even worse though

I’ve never heard of a dry slip yoke. I’d imagine mine is. How exactly do you grease it? Do you have to remove the entire driveline or can it stay in place?

There's a zerk fitting on the slip yoke, but it's not the best way to grease it. Better to remove it/take it apart and grease by hand.

I did a little post on it awhile back, Timmah also has a good video on doing it

thanks! I just called and they said the Ranger bearing actually fits but I’ll have to fab a small bracket to mount it. It was $132 plus tax and shipping if anyone is curious. Should be here by next Tuesday at the latest.

You going to put @eimkeith 's gussets on those LCA's?

Never built an exhaust before but it's been a good learning experience. Welds are super shitty though. That thin shit is tough and I was afraid of burning through a bunch.

    Thank you for the reminder:
Soooooo.... the external bracket that holds the poly carrier bearing in a C channel will not fit in the factory location with the arch pointing up like the center support section, at least for me it didn't.
    It is too tall.

    Two solutions:
    1. mount it with the center arch pointing up from the ground and add spacers with longer bolts = maintain relative driveline angles/pinion angles.
    2. flip the poly bearing, add flat stock and drill holes in it, then mount bearing upside down = this is what I did.

I can certainly get a photo of what I did, but here is what started it all....

Getting the driveline apart was super fun as a BFH didn't work at all.
Make sure you mark your flanges and driveline with paint or fingernail paint or something, to keep it in phase.

They're 3/16". They're plenty beefy in the design, IMO.
