Way too much lacking of beers for these types of late night shenanigans. But it’s finally time to get 4wd back. Going with 5.29’s, REM polishing and cryo treating the ring and pinion and a Eaton e locker. Also having the little axle and stub shaft from the ADD cryo treated. We’ll see how long it lasts haha.

I might buy my own...that are attached to Kings with clickers, that will be attached to a JDFab mid-travel kit, that will be attached to the JDFab subframe mount and on and on and on

You're telling me. I'm kind of kicking myself for not waiting a little longer on my re-build. To gather more info and save up for doing it all at the same time.. but oh well. Doing a DRT cab relocate this weekend and some more cutting. But ultimately I want the Pivots. Then the PS pump. Then the CVs. And UCAs if I really have to. I'll run my Lowers and then I'll really feel confident with it. Just the pivots and pump alone. Hell.. The pump alone if I can get more clearance after this weekend with just the relocate and more massaging.

Pivots strengthen the joints pretty good. If you don’t need clearance then I’d still hit up dirt designs for their lca pivot gussets. Otherwise your lca and uca are fine. I need me that pump kit though

No... I DO need the clearance. Im doing the cab mount relocate in place of the pivots.. Mostly because I just can't swing another 1k+ after everything else I've done.. but also time. I just want it back on the road. I think between the relocate and some cutting I'll be good. If it's really that bad still.. I'll just save up and do it. But yes.. I want that HOWE kit badly. Crazy how much I can feel the difference after the 35s went on. But . To be fair.. my PS pump has been whining for some time. And no.. it's not the blower. Lol

Do the relocate, hit the pinch weld and see how your clearances are. I “cleared” my 35’s with my very aggressive cmc and pinch weld mods other than the fender well. Top of the fender well is the only place I rubbed with the 35’s and LT. So with MT and not quite as much up travel you might be ok. I just lived with it and let things self clearance up top until I went 37’s and chopped everything out

I agree. I think I'll be good too after. It just needs a little more. The relocate might take care of it honestly. I already cut and hammered back the pinch weld. The top of the fender... Yeah I've already rubbed that with 33s. Pretty sure that's when I cracked my upper pan... Lol I spaced my bumps too to help with it.. and the 700#s and preload do help with bottoming out. It's a love hate. I'd rather have up travel.

Up travel is great. But the lca pivot kit and anything else you try won’t help that other than cutting. So yeah, do what you can and see where and how bad you are rubbing and decide from there

I know... But the Pivots by design will push the LCAs forward... meaning I wouldn't have to cut, or cut very little anyways. The up travel is a separate subject.. and I agree. Up travel just makes more sense for me.

@Sixthelement nice. I'll definitely check it out. I'm sure it'll be great and no cutting necessary, especially with the skinny's. I thought about that route.. but it's slim pickings for tires.

Yep it sure is. Already happened for the Rav4 and I think the camry was in on it to for Super White only so far. Since its the same paint on the taco they are taking claims. I just emailed toyota and they called me to get it on record. Whe/if it happens they will mail you a letter.
